Move Better. Live More.
Stop Negotitiating With Your Body
It shows up in small ways.
“I’ll turn my whole body instead of my neck.”
“I’ll sit before I go upstairs.”
“I won’t reach for that.”
Tiny decisions all day long.
Over time, they shape how you move…and then how you live.
This isn’t just tight muscles.
Fascial restrictions change how movement happens. They pull, limit, and redirect motion, until your body starts asking for permission instead of just moving.
Fascia is the body’s quiet architecture: a continuous, fluid network that shapes how you move, how you hold yourself, and how you feel day to day. When it is supple, movement is effortless. When it becomes restricted, the body adapts – subtly at first, then persistently.
When fascia doesn’t glide as its supposed to, it doesn’t just limit movement. It alters how movement happens.
- Your neck stops turning, so your torso compensates
- Your shoulder hesitates, so your elbow and wrist overwork
- Your stride shortens, so your entire gait pattern adapts.
Life is busy, and there’s no option to stop moving.
You just start negotiating with your body, and before you know it, you’re in pain…or injured.

Fascial Therapy Can Help
Experience a Different Way to Support Your Body
At Fascial Pain Solutions, treatment is both clinically informed and intentionally unhurried. Each session blends medical insight with refined, hands-on work. Through skilled touch, fascial therapy invites your system to soften, reorganize, and restore its natural rhythm without using excessive force.
Fascial therapy is designed for those who value lasting change over quick fixes, and a holistic approach to treatment. Clients receive thoughtful, one-on-one care with a therapist who wants to know your story and help you keep creating new chapters!
** Note: Fascial therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Instead, it offers a complementary, whole-body approach that addresses the connective tissue system influencing how these conditions develop and persist.
Services
Myofascial Release
This slow, gentle treatment method utlizes low load, long duration techniques to allow the body to feel safe, release long-held tension patterns, and reduce inflammation. Working on the surface of the skin without lotion, your body’s natural healing processes are stimulated and the tissue is never forced.
60 min focused area | 90 min full body
Jaw Pain & Chronic Headaches
Fascial restrictions can play a huge part in jaw pain, popping, and misalignment. Restrictions throughout the muscles of the head, face, neck, and shoulders can make chronic headaches more intense and frequent. Try a Jaw, Head, and Neck massage to experience relief.
Upper Body Stress Relief
Most of us are in a constant state of stress. So much so, that it can be difficult to switch the nervous system out of the “fight or flight” response. With the use of lymphatic, myofascial, and massage techniques, your body can finally reach a much needed state of relaxation. That means better digestion, breathing, and sleep!
Lymphatic Drainage
Blocked lymph pathways in the body can be responsible for chronic pain and even swelling or puffiness in the limbs. Lymphatic massage is useful for inflammation in the body, pre & post surgical recovery, and tissue healing.

Feel safe, be heard
Your fascial system forms a sort of dynamic web, connected from head to toe. Injury in one area can have widespread effects on your entire body. It is essential to treat the body as a whole in order to optimize healing. Dr. Marisa VanDyke is an occupational therapist and massage therapist who has worked treating fascial dysfunction of mature bodies since 2016. She has overcome her own chronic pain and manages a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis with the fascial treatments she provides the public. For over a decade, Marisa worked out of a gym and brings a deep knowledge of human movement to her practice.
